I charge $1,800 for my services, (depending on location) which includes an initial phone call consultation (or text message), where you can decide if you would like to meet with me somewhere close to you. We can then meet for a "No obligation interview" lasting about 45 minutes. If you decide to hire me, then I will request a $900 non-refundable retaining fee to guarantee my availability for your birth. This fee is part of the $1,800, and will not be in addition to it. My fee includes 2 prenatal visits to your home or a place of your choosing, 24/7 availability by phone, text or email during the on-call period, and 1 postpartum visit to your home to check on you and your new little one. During your birth, I will be there to provide emotional and physical support to you and your partner during labor, and the immediate postpartum period. Birth is a beautiful and natural process, and I help you learn to advocate for the birth that you want, and will remember for the rest of your life.
I offer discounted rates for teen mothers, women considering adoption and military families.
Please check with your place of employment or insurance company, as many of them are now providing reimbursement for Doula services!
